New EOS+ & Icon Windows
Mercury Excelum is proud to announce the launch of our new EOSR+ and IconTM series of windows.
EOSR+ and IconTM windows use world-class engineering and advanced materials to create a new standard for performance, economy and efficiency in both replacement and new construction (shown) platforms. These windows are designed to meet the strict criteria of Energy Star 6.0 and beyond (click the link below for more information), while offering a variety of expanded color, finish and hardware options:
All EOSR+ and IconTM windows feature the exclusive SunShieldR PVC technology, exceptionally low air infiltration rates (as low as .04 cfm/ft2 on the double hung), exceptionally high structural ratings (as high as LC-55 on the double hung) and a base U-value of at least .27 (3.70 R-value) with just double-glazed Low-E glass and Argon gas in a 3/4" IG. EOSR+ windows are designed to approximate the features and benefits of Advantage Series 6 and 9 windows, but at a much higher level:
IconTM windows are designed to meet premium window standards with state-of-the-art, high-end features and benefits:
For the first time, EOSR+ and IconTM casement/awning windows will be available with an optional coastal (stainless steel) hardware package. Casement windows will be available with an optional WOCD (window opening control device). Awning windows will be produced with a standard scissor-type operator, which results in a larger sash opening and more ventilation.
